Age ranges and access

We will accept referrals for the following:

  • Children and young people aged 0-18 years old (19 if the patient is a young adult with SEND), while in full time education.
  • Children and young people who are resident in the West of Northamptonshire
  • Children and young people who are registered with a GP in the West of Northamptonshire.
