Induction programme
Everyone who joins our team benefits from our corporate induction programme. Here, you’ll learn about our values and how your role contributes to us delivering the best possible care to our patients and their families. You’ll have a number of statutory and mandatory training sessions as well as the opportunity to meet colleagues from across the organisation.
Appraisals
We use performance appraisals to review our employees' performance. The appraisal process also helps us to recognise what’s gone well and to create a plan for every employee’s development through additional training and increased responsibilities. Your appraisal can help you to identify where you want to be and how we can support you to get there.
Delivering care, improving care
When you come to work with us, we tell you that you have two jobs: to deliver care and to improve care. Whether you’re at the frontline of patient care or supporting us in a non-clinical role, you’ll be encouraged to share your ideas for improving your service.

We offer a range of opportunities to ensure that everyone is afforded the time to keep their skills and experiences up-to-date to stay at the forefront of developments in healthcare.
