Non-executive director re-appointment at NGH

The NHS Trust Development Authority (NHS TDA) has confirmed the re-appointment of Graham Kershaw as Non-executive Director of Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust

Graham is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He has been a main board director of a number of major UK retail companies including Lloyds Pharmacy, Capio UK and Joshua Tetley’s.

Non-executive appointments to NHS Trusts made by the NHS TDA are subject to the Code of Practice of the Commissioner for Public Appointments.

Graham Kershaw has been re-appointed until 9 December 2016 and is entitled to receive a remuneration of £6,157 per annum. He has declared no political activity in the last five years.
