Nurses invited to recruitment open day

Northampton General Hospital is holding a nurse recruitment open day to showcase the opportunities available to nurses across the hospital.

Represenatitives from ward and departments will be on hand to talk about available roles and candidates will be able to find out about the benefits and rewards of nursing at Northampton General Hospital, including:

• being part of the team to become the first hospital in the UK to achieve Pathway to Excellence accreditation, an international programme to validate workplaces where nurses are supported to develop and flourish
• working for a hospital that rewards nurses throught its recognition programme that inclues the Daisy award scheme and senior staff recognition
• working for a hospital that offers leadership and development programmes across nurse bands: in-house; in collabouration with teh University of Northampton; and accessing the RCN leadership programme.

Interviews are available on the day.

The event takes place on Saturday 15 July from 10am to 2pm at Cripps Post-Graduate Medical Centre.
