Cast of Pippi Longstocking visit NGH

The cast of Pippi Longstocking met children staying on the Children’s wards to show them photos from the show ahead of a live broadcast on Radio Nene Valley on Friday 20^th December.

Emily-Mae who plays Pippi Longstocking and Rowena Lennon who plays Mrs Settegren spent the afternoon meeting patients and talking to them about the show. This was ahead of a lvie radio broadcast of the show on Friday night.

The cast bought photographs with them to help to explain the storyline, staging and props to the children to help them to visualise what they would hear on the radio.

Thank you to the cast for their visit. The show is on at the Royal Theatre until 31^st December.
