Cobblers strike up Christmas cheer at NGH

The team met one of our youngest patients Archie

On Thursday 19^th December players from Northampton Town Football Club visited the Children’s wards and A&E to bring some Christmas cheer to the children.

Players bought gifts for the children to enjoy on Christmas day and spent time meeting children and parents staying on Disney and Paddington wards. They spent time doing crafts, colouring in and playing games with the patients.

During the visit the players also had a chance to catch up with Academy player Kenny who broke his leg during a match with the academy side. The team popped in to say hello and offer some words of advice to help him with his recovery.
